How does booking work?
Choose the service, date and group size, pay online and get the confirmation by e-mail. The local operator takes care of the rest and you can message them from your booking.
Are the tours private?
Yes. Tours and transfers priced per vehicle are just for your group, with a private driver. You choose the car or van according to the number of people.
Can I cancel?
Many services have free cancellation up to 24 hours before. Each one's deadline is shown on the service page before you book, and the refund is automatic within it.
Where is the pickup?
You enter the pickup place when booking: hotel, address or airport. For airport transfers you can add your flight number so the driver can follow delays.
Is payment secure?
Yes. You pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe, and your card details never pass through Voala Tour.
